The Nets are done with Summer League and it couldn’t have ended any worse. Brooklyn lost to Indiana by 37 points and finished the week-long league 0-5. They were the only winless team in the 30-team event.
Tyler Davis, the 6’10” center out of Puerto Rico and Texas A&M, lead the Nets with 19 points, seven rebounds and two assists, hitting 8-of-11 shots. Only three other Nets finished in double figures was Theo Pinson the Carolina Tarheel, who had 12 points, including 3-of-7 from deep. Pinson who shot poorly throughout his career at Chapel Hill, finished the tournament shooting 42.
