In a surprise move late Saturday, the Nets joined a sign-and-trade for DeMarre Carroll between the Wizards and Spurs, winding with two stashes.
Nets acquired the draft rights to guard/forward Nemanja Dangubic from the San Antonio Spurs and the draft rights to forward Aaron White from the Washington Wizards.
Brooklyn traded DeMarre Carroll to San Antonio, and Washington has acquired forward Davis Bertans from San Antonio to complete the three-team deal. Also, the move required the Spurs to give Carroll a three-year, $21 million contract.
