The NBA Trade Deadline came and went, and the Brooklyn Nets got [checks notes]... no one. BUT, that’s ok. The Nets are rolling right now, even without Kevin Durant in the lineup.
Yes, they got blown out when last we spoke - but, Durant, Kyrie Irving, James Harden and Blake Griffin all sat out. Luckily, the issue with this team is less about injuries and more about patience.
On Friday night they take on a Detroit Pistons team that is among the worst in the NBA. Still, no reason to overlook them because we’ve seen this play out before and we [*guitar*] won’t get fooled again!
