Kendrick Perkins was the fan favorite in his Twitter feud with Kevin Durant last week. He will have a hard time finding supporters in his latest keyboard war.
Perkins, the former NBA center, has had some active Twitter fingers since he was hired as an ESPN analyst in 2019. His most recent target appears to be a female Nets fan who took issue with Perkins’ criticism of Kyrie Irving.
After the Nets’ loss in Philadelphia on Wednesday night, Irving gave a blunt assessment of his team’s roster, saying “it’s pretty glaring we need one more piece or two more pieces” to complement himself and the team’s established veterans even when Kevin Durant returns next season.
