Last week, Marc Berman of the Post wrote that the Nets are “extremely interested” in R.J. Hampton, the 6’6” combo guard who played in New Zealand last year after being a five-star recruit in high school.
On Monday, Berman reported that the Nets have worked out Hampton. Considering the limits on actual workouts laid down by the league, that would suggest that Berman’s earlier report of interest is accurate.
