The Long Island Nets came out with an impressive victory yesterday over the Maine Red Claws, 116-107. Among the leaders on the scoreboard was Mike Scott, who played his first game as a member of the L.I. Nets.
In the L.I. Nets’ win, Scott tallied 17 points, the third-highest on the team, behind Yogi Ferrell (25) and Chris McCullough (21). He also added six rebounds and two assists in 26 minutes of action.
This is the second time the Hawks assigned Scott to the D-League this season, as the 28-year-old continues to recover from non-surgical knee procedures.
