Enes Kanter’s rocky ending with the Knicks didn’t sour him on the organization or the city. In fact, the veteran forward said he would recommend the Knicks to top free agents if they asked him for his input.
“Of course. It’s a very good organization. Good people. Amazing city,” he told reporters on Wednesday as he practiced with his new team, the Trail Blazers, at Barclays Center in preparation for Thursday’s game against the Nets.
“So I think that they have a really good chance to get good superstars.”
Kanter said he chose the Trail Blazers over the Lakers after the Knicks released him on Feb.
