Now that the schedule is out, we’ve extended our Deadlines & Commitments through April 10, the last day of the season. We’ve added the dates of Opening Night, the Home Opener and three return dates for ex-Nets Jeremy Lin, Brook Lopez and Vince Carter who’s said he’ll likely to retire.
August 13 — NBA G League Player Invitational (Chicago) concludes. Players show their skills to G League coaches and executives.
August 23 — NBA G League Expansion Draft. The Wizards new affiliate, Capital City Go-Go, will pick players from a pool provided by the league’s 25 current teams.
