Brooklyn Nets two-way Keon Johnson continues to play well in G League Showcase

Brooklyn Nets two-way guard Keon Johnson scored 25 points, grabbed four rebounds, handed out three assists and registered two steals in 33 minutes but the Long Island Nets lost its first game in the G League Winter Showcase Wednesday, 114-109, to the Austin Spurs.

Long Island played without two-way Jalen Wilson who’s currently with Brooklyn. They are now 8-7 in G League play.

Johnson, a 21-year-old 6’5” combo guard with 77 NBA games to his credit, finished with four rebounds, three assists and two blocked shots. He hit eight of 16 shots, including 2-of-7 from deep.
