While trade rumors loom and speculation surrounding D’Angelo Russell‘s future with the Brooklyn Nets swirls, the man that made all of this happen put his hand up.
Former Los Angeles Lakers legend and recently departed president of basketball operations Magic Johnson admitted that he dumped Russell because of the Snapchat incident between him and Nick Young.
In his most recent tell-all with Stephen A. Smith, Johnson said that after Russell infamously recorded teammate Young talking about cheating on his then-fiancee Iggy Azalea:
