And the Oscar goes to ... Kevin Durant!

Hours after he returned from a thigh injury and scored 33 points in a win in Brooklyn Sunday, Kevin Durant, along with Mike Conley Jr and his agent/manager Rich Kleiman, won an Academy Award in Hollywood as executive producers of “Two Distant Strangers” which won in the Live Action Short category.

The Oscar was accepted by writer-director Travon Free and co-director Martin Roe

The 32-year-old Durant already has an MVP, two Finals MVP and Rookie of the Year awards in his trophy case. He joins Kobe Bryant as hoopers turned Oscar winners.
