2 Draft Day Trades The Brooklyn Nets Could Make

We're just a couple hours away from the 2015 NBA Draft in Brooklyn, which means speculation is running wild among the fans and writers for all 30 NBA teams. With that being said, let's take a look at the buzz surrounding the Nets with our list of 2 Draft Day Trades The Brooklyn Nets Could Make.

1. Trade #29 pick and C Mason Plumlee to Milwaukee Bucks for #17 pick and SF Shawne Williams

Shawne Williams would be the window dressing for a trade that would eliminate the floor spacing nightmare that is Mason Plumlee/Brook Lopez while inching the Nets closer to this draft's cache of lottery-worthy standouts in the top 20.

Giving up on Plumlee so early in his development is a risk, and it would reunite Mason with his brother Miles and his former coach in Brooklyn, Jason Kidd.

2. Trade #29 pick and C Mason Plumlee to Indiana Pacers for SF Damjan Rudez and the #11 pick

This one is a stretch compared to the Milwaukee deal, in that it would force Brooklyn to take on two years and $2.3 million for Rudez when they're not really in a position to take on more financial commitments.

However, the allure of the #11 pick and the chance to see what Rudez can do in year two (he shot just over 40% from three in his age-28 rookie season in 2014-15) could be enough to offset a relatively negligible cost factor.
