Box Score (PDF) BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green State University baseball program was defeated by Wright State University, 5-2, Tuesday (May 15) afternoon at Steller Field. The Raiders scored three runs in the fourth, and maintained the lead the rest of the way to pick up the victory.
After the Falcons opened the scoring with a double in the second, the regular-season champions in the Horizon League plated three in the fourth. BGSU trimmed the lead to a single run after shot a two-out RBI single into left-center in the eighth, but the Raiders tacked on two big insurance runs in the ninth, before shutting the door in the bottom of the inning.
