HUNTSVILLE, Texas – The Bowling Green women's golf team will travel to Texas for the next event on the schedule, the Bearkat Invitational hosted by Sam Houston State. The Falcons are coming off their best finish of the season at the Cardinal Classic that included Kayla Davis capturing first place and MAC Golfer of the Week honors.
The two-day 54-hole tournament will be played at the par-71 Elkins Lake Golf Club in Huntsville, Texas. The tournament will utilize both The Lakes and The Ravines courses. The two courses will combine for a 6,068-yard tournament. Play will begin on Monday (Sept.
