Women's Golf Splits First Two Rounds of Mid-American Match Play Challenge

Round 3 Pairings LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – The Bowling Green women's golf team kicked off the spring season on Monday as it hosted the first two rounds of the Mid-American Match Play Challenge. The Falcons, seeded ninth based off of Golfstat rankings, split and went 1-1-0 through the first two rounds on the par 72, 6,068-yard King's Dunes course at the Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club.

"I was proud of our efforts in both matches today," Bowling Green women's golf head coach Stephanie Young said. "We didn't see the results we wanted this morning, but played many good holes.
