LAKEWOOD RANCH, Fla. – The Bowling Green State University women's golf team opens the spring season on Monday (Feb. 3) at the Mid-American Match Play Challenge. The Falcons are hosting the event over Feb. 3-4.
BREAKING DOWN THE MID-AMERICAN MATCH PLAY CHALLENGE
• The BGSU-hosted event is in its seventh-year of existence.
• In 2019, the Falcons won the championship by defeating Eastern Michigan, Northern Illinois and FGCU.
• The Mid-American Match Play Challenge features a 12-team field, pairing schools against each other in a bracket format.
