BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green volleyball program held its 2017-18 banquet on Sunday evening where it distributed team awards after earning its first MAC regular season title since 1992 with a Mid-American Conference record of 13-3 in the 2017 campaign. Additionally in 2017, the Falcons earned a MAC Player of the Year, MAC Defensive Player of the Year, MAC Coach of the Year, eight Academic All-MAC recipients and four All-MAC honorees. On the night, nine Falcons were awarded the eight team awards for their success and dedication throughout the 2017 season, in addition to two awards being presented to fans and staff for their support.
