Each week, the Bowling Green State University Athletic Department names the Jet's Pizza Athletes of the Week, as selected by the athletic communications department based on their athletic performances from the previous week. This week's winners are hockey player Ryan Bednard and track and field thrower Kaila Butler.
Male Athlete of the Week
Rodrigue Vie, a sophomore from Epinal, France, shot a -1 (69-72-141) to tie for third out of 88 golfers at the Ryman Hospitality Intercollegiate. He had nine birdies over two days and posted the best individual finish for any Falcon this year.
