BOWLING GREEN — St. John’s Jesuit product and current Bowling Green State University football player Jaedyn McKinstry was featured on ESPN’s SportsCenter on Friday as part of its 15th annual “V Week” in support of the V Foundation for Cancer Research.
McKinstry overcame Stage 4 Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS), a rare type of cancer that forms in soft skeletal muscle tissue, in 2019.
He joined Bowling Green’s football program as a preferred walk-on and earned a full scholarship in August.
