CLEVELAND, Ohio – The Mid-American Conference office announced its postseason awards for the 2019-20 men's basketball season on Wednesday (March 11). Redshirt-junior guard Justin Turner earned First Team All-MAC honors, while junior forward Daeqwon Plowden earned a spot on the Second Team All-MAC squad.
Bowling Green placed a player on the top-two teams for just the third time since 2004-05. BGSU and Akron are the only two teams in 2019-20 to have representation on the first and second team lists.
Turner becomes the first Falcon since Anthony Stacey in 1999 and 2000 to bring home first team honors in back-to-back seasons.
