It’s easy to say these last few weeks in the NFL have been very eventful. Not because of long bomb TD’s or National Anthem protests, but of one particular game. And not just one particular game but one drive. On Sunday, Jan. 20th the Patriots played the Chiefs in Kansas City for the AFC Championship game. The final score consisted of the Patriots winning 37-31.
The Patriots scored with 28 seconds to spare in regulation taking a 31-28 lead. Then quarterback of the Chiefs Patrick Mahomes drove the team down the field and kicker Harrison Butker tied the game with a field goal to force OT.
