Official Release AUSTIN, Texas -- Bowling Green State University standout senior Talisa Lemke has been named a Second Team Academic All-American, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). The teams were announced on Friday afternoon (June 19).
Lemke is the first Academic All-American at Bowling Green since Elisa Baeron of women's soccer took home the honors in December of 2018. Just last month, Lemke was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Women's At-Large team for the second-consecutive year.
The recognition is selected by CoSIDA for the top student-athletes in the nation for combined performance in their respective athletic field, as well as the classroom.
