Stacey grateful to be 'back home' in BGSU men's basketball program

BOWLING GREEN — The timing may not have necessarily been the best for Anthony Stacey to make a change in his coaching career, but the opportunity to return to a place that still means the world to him was too good to turn down.

After leading Whitmer High School’s boys basketball team the past five seasons, Stacey decided to return to Bowling Green State University as an assistant men’s basketball coach. The BGSU athletics hall of famer, whose name remains all over the Falcons’ men’s basketball record book 25 years after he concluded his college career, is grateful for a chance to work with head coach Todd Simon, his staff, and the players.
