Six members of the Bowling Green State University softball team have been named to the Academic All-Mid-American Conference Team, announced by the league office on Monday afternoon (June 4). Seniors Aspen Searle and Laine Simmons, juniors Brooke Parker and Alex Sorgi and sophomores Taylor Blevins and Kendyl Wheeler all were named to the team.
Searle has been named to the Academic All-MAC Team for the third time in her BGSU career, while Brooke Parker and Alex Sorgi each earn the honor for the second time in as many years of eligibility for the award.
