Official Release (LPGA.com) PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Shirley Spork, a former BGSU student and faculty member, will be inducted into the PGA Hall of Fame on Nov. 5 at the PGA's 103rd Annual Meeting in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Spork will be a part of a six-member class that also includes Annika Sorenstam, Davis Love III, Dave Marr II, Karsten Solheim and Derek Sprague.
"On behalf of our entire program, we would like to congratulate Shirley Spork on this incredible honor," said head coach Stephanie Young. "It has been so special to forge a friendship with Shirley over the years and I cannot thank her enough for her mentoring and support of me as a coach and of our women's golf program.
