Western Ohio native joins BGSU program
Bowling Green State University women's basketball coach Jennifer Roos has announced the hiring of Heidi Schlegel as the program's video coordinator. Schlegel, a Western Ohio native, will begin her duties immediately.
Schlegel, a native of Wapakoneta, Ohio, had a stellar playing career at Youngstown State University. She comes to BGSU after playing professionally in Germany during the past season.
"I am thrilled to be joining Coach Roos and the Falcon family," said Schlegel. "Growing up in Northwest Ohio, I know the history and great success of this program.
