BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – The Bowling Green Falcons (1-4, 0-0 MAC) dropped the 2023 home opener to the Cleveland State Vikings (5-1, 0-0 Horizon) by a score of 7-0. Cleveland State started the day with the doubles point, but Eloise Saraty and Maru Poppe paired for a 6-3 victory at the No. 2 spot. With the win, they improve to 2-1 this spring. Cleveland State swept the singles round, despite valiant three-set efforts from Eloise Saraty and Leticia Fonseca.
