Ra'veoin Hargrove to transfer from Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN — Running back Ra’veion Hargrove announced he will transfer from Bowling Green State University.

Hargrove served as Bowling Green’s primary kick returner and change-of-pace running back as a true freshman last season. Injuries held Hargrove out of four games, but he still finished third on the team with 670 all-purpose yards.

He rushed 33 times for 117 yards and accounted for two touchdowns on the season, one rushing and one receiving.

However, BG returned all of its top running backs for what is likely the deepest position group on the team. Starter Andrew Clair and fellow running backs Bryson Denley and Rico Frye, the top three leaders in carries, are all back this season.
