Perrysburg, Ohio – Freshmen Paula Comella Aguilo and Polina Radeva picked up singles wins on Sunday afternoon, but the Bowling Green State University tennis team fell 5-2 to visiting Wright State University.
At No.1 doubles, senior Drew Fillis and Aguilo clinched their second victory of the weekend against Taylor Culbertson and Tori Turner. Fillis and Aguilo never gave the Raiders a chance, winning the match 6-0. The two improved their record to 4-1.
In singles, Aguilo led Karoline Haller the entire first set at No. 1 singles. Haller attempted to gain ground but was unsuccessful against Aguilo, who won the set 6-3.
