BOWLING GREEN — As the Bowling Green State University football team falls to 0-3, the cries for the firing of Mike Jinks continue.
These are cries that will fall on deaf ears for a variety of reasons. The most obvious one is that BG does not have the money to pay off the rest of the salary, but that’s not the only reason.
Over the next few days, I’ll put my orange-and-brown-colored glasses on and tell Falcons fans why the cries should stop.
Here’s the first reason: At this time, the team has not quit on Jinks and the coaching staff.
