Norfolk State rallies past BGSU

NORFOLK — Norfolk State used a 10-point scoring advantage in the second half to get past Bowling Green State University 81-75 in a men’s basketball game at Joseph G. Echols Memorial Hall on Wednesday night.

The Spartans got 20 points from Cahiem Brown, 17 points from Joe Bryant, Jr., and 16 points from Kris Bankston.

Kaden Metheny had 28 points to lead the Falcons, who fell to 4-6. They are 2-4 on the road.

Samari Curtis had 11 points for BGSU, while Leon Ayers III scored 10. Rashaun Agee led the Falcons with six rebounds off the bench.
