Each week, the Bowling Green State University Athletic Department names the Jet's Pizza Athletes of the Week, as selected by the athletic communications department based on their athletic performances from the previous week. This week's winners are football player Scott Miller and women's soccer player Erica Hubert.
Male Athlete of the Week
Erica Hubert, a senior from Welland, Ontario, Canada, exploded for eight points as the Falcons posted a 5-0 win at Buffalo on Sunday, in the process clinching the MAC regular-season championship. Hubert was involved in the scoring of every goal, with a hat trick and the primary assist on each of BG's other two goals.
