The Bowling Green State University men's golf team and head coach John Powers have announced the signing of Canadian student-athlete in Evan MacLean.
MacLeon is a native of Sudbury, Ontario, Canada and is currently a sophomore at Parkland Community College. As a freshman, helped his team to a fitth-place finish at the 2019 NJCAA Championships. Finishing the season with the second-lowest stroke average on the team at 74.7, he opened his career with a win at the Purgatory Invite, shooting a 5-under par 67. For his efforts, he earned a spot on the All-Conference and All-Region Teams.
