Bowling Green, Ohio -- Two of the greatest hockey players in Bowling Green history will pay for BGSU student tickets for the WCHA Tournament First Round beginning Friday against Bemidji State. Hockey Hall of Famer Rob Blake and BGSU's all-time leading scorer Nelson Emerson continue to make an impact on the program.
"Rob and Nelson are very proud BGSU Hockey alumni," BGSU Head Coach Chris Bergeron said. "They have been, and continue to be, very supportive with their time and generosity. Buying the student tickets for this weekend's playoff series is just another example. On behalf of the entire hockey program, and our students, Thank you to both of them.
