The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team gave one of the Mid-American Conference's top teams a battle for 40 minutes on Saturday afternoon (Feb. 9), but Lauren Dickerson and Miami University escaped the Stroh Center with an 82-75 win.
Junior Andrea Cecil and senior Sydney Lambert each had a double-double vs. the RedHawks. Cecil had a team-leading 24 points and tied her career high with 11 rebounds. Lambert, who missed BGSU's last game due to injury, played all 40 minutes on Saturday, and had 10 points, a career-high 11 rebounds and a game-high six assists.
