Lambert leads BG with 21 points in opening game of CCU Tournament
DJ Williams made a pair of free throws with 5.9 seconds remaining, lifting host Coastal Carolina University to an 81-80 win over the foul-plagued Bowling Green State University women's basketball team Friday afternoon (Nov. 23). The game, the opening contest of the Coastal Carolina Tournament, was held at the HTC Center.
Williams led all players with 26 points on the afternoon, and paced four double-digit scorers for the Chanticleers (3-1).
