Senior Sydney Lambert reached several milestones as the Bowling Green State University women's basketball team ended non-conference play on a successful note Sunday evening (Dec. 30). The Falcons topped Davis & Elkins College, 63-28, at the Stroh Center.
Lambert scored a game-high 18 points, in the process surpassing the 1,000-point mark for her BGSU career. She took a pass from freshman Molly Dever and hit a foul-line jumper with 8:05 remaining in the fourth quarter for her final points of the day. That shot gave Lambert a career total of 1,001 points as a Falcon.
