CLEVELAND - The Mid-American Conference announced Monday (Nov. 1) the MAC honors for volleyball for the past week of competition. Bowling Green senior Julia Walz was selected MAC East Defensive Player of the Week, her fifth honor of the 2021 season. The Falcons have had at least one player recognized as MAC Player of the Week for six consecutive weeks.

Walz helped the Bowling Green Falcons to a weekend split, including a road win in the Battle of I-75.
