ANN ARBOR — The injury bug bit at perhaps the worst possible time for Bowling Green State University’s football team.
The Falcons might have to dig a little deeper than usual ahead of arguably their most important Mid-American Conference game of the season vs. East Division favorite Ohio.
Despite putting up a strong effort vs. No. 2 Michigan before falling 31-6 in front of nearly 110,000 fans at Michigan Stadium on Saturday, BGSU had around a half dozen of its best players leave the game with injuries.
