Bowling Green, Ohio – Bowling Green State University redshirt senior Aliyah Gustafson will return to the NCAA Indoor Track & Field National Championships. She is the No. 5 seed in the shot put for the meet and will compete on Friday, March 8 at 6:15 pm ET in Birmingham, Ala.
BGSU Athletics will hold a send-off for Gustafson Tuesday at 9:30 am to wish her well as she represents the University, the community and Northwest Ohio. The send-off will take place at the Sebo Center, connected to Doyt L. Perry Stadium.
Gustafson has competed at a national championship three previous times in her career – twice during the outdoor season and once in indoor.
