FIRST QUARTER
u25a0 What happened: A 48-yard field goal from Jackson Kleather accounted for the only points of the opening quarter.
Kleather connected with 8:44 left. It came after the Falcons forced and recovered a Liberty fumble on the Flames’ third offensive play of the game.
Kal-El Pascal forced a fumble by Reese Smith after a reception, and Keyon Washington recovered. Pascal also had a vicious hit on Liberty quarterback Ethan Vasko that forced the signal caller to the sideline for one play.
