BOWLING GREEN — When it comes to finding players in the transfer portal, Bowling Green State University men’s basketball coach Todd Simon doesn’t mess around.
He knows exactly what type of player he needs to bring in to fulfill certain needs, and judging by the handful of transfers into the program from various levels of college basketball, Simon has every type of athlete he could need as he enters his third year leading the Falcons.
“You’ve got to have an idea. We start with our blueprint of what we’re kind of looking for in terms of guys that fit a slot on our roster,” Simon said.
