BOWLING GREEN — Sydney Lambert scored 14 points for the Bowling Green women's basketball team in a 58-45 loss to South Dakota State tonight at the Stroh Center.
Gabrielle Boever led the Jackrabbits with 13 points. South Dakota State led 20-19 at halftime but stretched its lead in the second half to as many as 15 points. Bowling Green (4-5) struggled with its shooting in the third quarter, going 4 for 13 from the floor in that time.
Miriam Justinger added 11 points and Lauren Tibbs had 10 for Bowling Green.
