Game 2 Box (PDF) MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Bowling Green State University baseball team split a doubleheader at Middle Tennessee State University on Saturday (Feb. 16). Bowling Green dropped the first game of the day, 3-2, before taking the series finale by a score of 4-3.
Bowling Green is now 1-2 on the young season. Middle Tennessee won the series opener on Friday, and claimed the series victory by winning the first game of today's doubleheader.
After MTSU took a 2-0 lead in the first game, the Falcons battled back to tie the game with two runs in the fifth.
