MUNCIE, Ind. – The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team ended the first quarter on an double-digit run Saturday night (Jan. 2), and the Falcons never looked back. BGSU rolled along to an 89-55 road win over Ball State University in Mid-American Conference action at Worthen Arena.
NOTE OF THE NIGHT
• With Saturday's victory, the Falcons have matched the MAC win total for all of last year. BGSU went 3-15 in conference play last season, and improved to a perfect 3-0 in the league in 2020-21 with the win in Muncie.
