It's no secret that the Bowling Green State University women's basketball team was one of the most-improved teams in the entire country last season. Now, there is tangible evidence. The Falcons were tied for second in the nation on the NCAA's list of top Division-I turnarounds from 2019-20 to '20-21.
Head coach Robyn Fralick's Falcons posted a 12-game improvement, going 21-8 last season after finishing with a 10-21 record the previous winter. BGSU's turnaround trailed only Mercer (13 1/2-game improvement from '19-20 to '20-21), and the Falcons tied with Alabama State and Delaware with a 12-game upswing.
