Official Release CLEVELAND, Ohio -- The Bowling Green State University women's golf team led the Mid-American Conference with six student-athletes being selected to the 2021 Academic All-MAC Team. Akron and Ohio joined BGSU at the top of the conference with six representatives.
Dani Austinson, Sammi Blackburn, Nichole Cox, Kayla Davis, Erin Korn and Alyson Kovach earned the recognition for the Orange and Brown. The six selections are the second-most in school history for Bowling Green and most since the 2014-15 campaign.
The Academic All-MAC honor is for a student-athlete who has excelled in athletics and academics.
