THOMAS, U.S. Virgin Islands – The Bowling Green State University men's basketball team was defeated by the University of Nevada, 77-62, on Monday (Nov. 25) night in the Paradise Jam Championship Game. The Falcons defeated Western Kentucky and Cincinnati at the event, earning a pair of top-85 wins in the process, but ultimately fell short in the title game.
Bowling Green drops to 5-2 on the season with the loss. The Falcons out-scored the Wolf Pack in the second half by a 38-35 margin, but Nevada built up an 18-point lead at the half and maintained a double-digit lead throughout the final 20 minutes.
