Box Score (PDF) MURFRESSBORO, Tenn. – The Bowling Green State University baseball team was defeated by Middle Tennessee State University on Sunday (Feb. 28) by a score of 7-0. The Blue Raiders claimed all three games of the weekend series, which was played at MTSU's Reese Smith Jr. Field.
MTSU has played seven games already and is 5-2 on the campaign, while the Falcons took the field for the first time in 2021 on the weekend. Bowling Green is scheduled to be back in action next weekend at James Madison over March 5-7.
Middle Tennessee jumped out to a 5-0 lead by plating two in the third and three in the fourth.
