HOUGHTON, Mich. - The No. 16 Bowling Green State University hockey team tied the No. 17 Michigan Tech Huskies during the NCAA mandated overtime with a 2-2 score. netted a goal for the Falcons in the second overtime to grant Bowling Green the second WCHA point in the contest. The win moves the Falcons WCHA record to 8-6-2-2 while being 13-9-2 on the season.
Next Home Game: The Falcons return to Slater Family Ice Arena on Jan. 17 to face Minnesota State, who is currently ranked No. 3 in the country. The Falcons and Mavericks split in Mankato earlier this season.
